Spring trip ACE Recumbent bikes Monday 21 April 2025 (Easter Monday).

Who’s coming? It will be a quiet short trip (approx. 30 km).
A nice round trip around Öeding and along Ratum.

Mr. Rave, who had also mapped out such a beautiful trip last year, has made it again. Our sincere thanks for that.
Please bring your own food and drinks for the journey. I’ll bring some pink cakes☺

Gather at ACE from 1 p.m. and we leave at 1:30 p.m.
You can ride your own bike (free of charge), ACE also has recumbent bikes and trikes available, not free of charge.
People with an upright bike are also welcome.

We will be at the Veinedagen fair in Utrecht on 20, 21 and 22 March. It is a collaboration with the other trike specialists of the Netherlands and the manufacturers Hp Velotechnik, HASE and AZUB.

We were closed during the last holiday, but we did take the opportunity to improve the store.

We improved the acoustics with acoustic panels and we put carpet on and under the bicycle shelf. This reduced the echo.

And we think it has also become more beautiful.

Who is participating? It will be a nice tour (about 30 km)
I lead the tour myself and expect a pleasant afternoon.
An opportunity to meet other trikers and share experiences.
 
Participation is free of charge. The break is with your own coffee and cake.
 
Meeting from 13:00 at ACE and departure at 13:30.
 
You can ride your own bike, ACE also rents recumbents and trikes, on this day at half price.

Who’s coming along? It will be a short trip (approx. 20 km) with a walk on a narrow boardwalk on the way.

We drive there via the probably oldest tree in Winterswijk, it has a trunk circumference of 6 meters.

The break will be at the parking lot of the boardwalk, with your own coffee and cakes.

Those who do not participate in the walk, will have a longer break.

In the present lockdown ACE is allowed to open for anyone because we have many customers who are depending on their special trike. To keep this safe and practical we open for you after you have reserved a time slot with us. To do so, please call us under 0031-543-530905 to make an appointment. This is valid until the 15th of January 2022

5th November 2021: Mouth caps are back again, and the one and a half meter distance also. Please call us 0031-543-530905 before you want to visit us.

The lockdown in the Netherlands is prolonged until the 2nd of March.

That means that the store is closed. However, the workshop is open by appointment.

The pick-up and drop-off service is also still available.

We can still give advice and order bicycles. You can even take a test drive if we bring it to you.

You can order parts and we will send them to you or make a collection appointment with you.

Information from HP Velotechnik:

Delivery times are likely to increase to 4 to 5 months.

This means that if you want to cycle on a new bicycle from HP Velotechnik in the summer, it is wise to choose and order a bicycle after the turn of the year.
